It's possible to categorize "Field Music", basically consisting of brothers Peter and David Brewis, as "alternative rock", but that's only half of the truth. It's as insatisfactory as filing "XTC" - a band that spontaneously comes to my mind while listening to this album - under "new wave". This music is so much more... it's a piece of art, so maybe the term "art rock" is more appropriate. Sven B. Schreiber (sbs)

A concept album that hangs together as a collection of songs with or without the concept, shot through with all the things I absolutely love about Field music. Tunes, grooves, and lyrics that make me go YES!!! at least once every 90 seconds :)
Everything about Field Music is amazing ♥️ Steve Lawson
